About The Role
As a Production Supervisor at LAHANS GROUP, you will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring output meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll lead a team of operators and collaborate closely with quality and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
As part of our manufacturing team, you will:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and lean manufacturing is a plus.
