About The Role
As a Production Operator at LAHANS GROUP, you will operate production equipment and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You'll be part of the team that brings our seafood products from production line to market.
Responsibilities
As part of our manufacturing team, you will:
- Operate production machinery according to SOPs.
- Monitor product quality during production runs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Report equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (cold-chain facility).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
