About The Role
As an HR Generalist at LAHANS GROUP, you will support the full spectrum of HR operations across our diverse business units. You'll help build a great workplace culture while managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
As part of our HR team, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records and support payroll administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
